Ordering is easy... you just have to like our work – choose a piece and it’s yours!
Well, actually … we’re afraid you may have to wait a few weeks for some items.
Each piece takes about a month to complete, taking into account the whole procedure involved. If by chance we’ve run out of the item you have selected from our website... well, that’s even better: because it actually means you’ll be able to have your chosen work of art made specially for you, even if this means waiting two or three weeks longer – we’re sure you’ll agree it’s worth the extra wait.
And you may even be able to monitor the progress of your order on the website or by e-mail. For further information, contact us and we guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours. |

If you like our work, you can now purchase it using your credit cards through the Paypal service. Just check the sculpture of your choice and enlarge it. You will find its price and the shipment costs for your country. Delivery usually takes 3 working days within Europe and 7 working days for the rest of world, and you can track & trace it on internet. We use CTT shipping services. For UPS, DHL, FEDEX or other please contact us. We will provide you with details of their rates.

| Packaging | | .jpg) Each piece is wrapt in silk paper and afterwards in bubble plastic. Meanwhile the shipment box is full with damping paper for increased safety, in this case we use old newspapers, which it's re-using is environmentally innocuous. |
| Placing the sculpture | | .jpg) After placing the sculpture in the shipment box we fill it with some more dumping paper. We try to place her in the largest box we can find to increase space between the piece and the outside shipment environment. |
| Shipment | | .jpg) After closing the box it is ready to leave us on it's way to you. We use CTT Deliveries (Portuguese National Post) preferably for cost reasons. Usually with no insurance available (In case of proved breaking piece we make a substitution one for you, but usually this never appends). This service takes up to 5 working days for EU delivery and 7 to the rest of the world. We can also provide DHL, UPS or FEDEX shipment, with insurance and tracking service available on customer’s request. Usually these services are faster but more expensive. |

It’s true. We only work in unique piece, properly signed and numbered, by exclusive certificate. Even if it was possible otherwise it would not be desirable. This way, dear friends, please notice that some of the works of art available by Oficinadaterra may not exactly correspond to the displayed photos. But don’t worry… If this will be the case we will immediately send you images of the available on stock piece for you to decide and chose securely and safe. |
